With computer technology, the rapid development of digital technology. offset printing plate technology has begun from analog to digital plate making the development of the plate. CTP technology is increasingly mature. Currently, the photosensitive CTP technology in the rapid development of Europe and other developed countries. the development of appropriate equipment better. In contrast. the development of photosensitive CTP technology and popularization of slow, sensitive CTP plate is restricted mainly rely on imports popular photosensitive source of CTP technology, the impact of China printing industry. Therefore. developed with independent intellectual property rights and sensitive CTP plate of the industry is significant.This paper studies the CTP version of photosensitive aluminum substrate production process. mainly for the purpose of sand production process involves treatment, anodic oxidation process was studied, sand present treatment, the effects of surface roughness of the way. hydrochloric acid concentration, electrolyte temperature on the sand head of the treatment effect obtained optimum conditions. hydrochloric acid concentration range of 8~10 g/L. electrolyte temperature range of 30~60℃; anodic oxidation treatment, the effects of concentration of sulfuric acid. oxidation liquid temperature, oxidation time, oxidation of impurities in liquid effect on the anodic oxidation to obtain optimum conditions, sulfuric acid concentration range of 15% to 30% and the oxidation temperature range of liquid 25~30℃, the oxidation time range of 40~60 s, solution of aluminum oxide concentration range of 0.5% to 5%.This paper also sensitive CTP version of the world's advanced formulation system for the light-sensitive layer of analysis, formulation of new photosensitive layer. Film on the photosensitive layer through the resin acid value, iodine value, molecular weight of the printing quality of the research, get the appropriate range of resin acid value of 48~53 (mgKOH/g). iodine value of the range of 25~30 g/ 100g12, molecular weight range of 62.725~64.980.
