| There are a large number of projects under construction in China,which bring about frequent occurrence of safety accidents.Therefore,rubs and hot spots of researches always lie in the production safety.Accident investigation is an important way to improve the safe production situation.In recent years,there have been increasingly challenge about the accident investigation on the Internet.The identification degree of accident investigation can directly reflect the inadequacies in the accident investigation process,which is of great significance to the safety production.Therefore,by selecting project managers and safety managers in construction industry as the object of investigation,and analyzing the relationship between the identification degree of the investigation results and the relationship between its influencing factors,this paper focuses on the relationship between the result identification of the accident investigation and its influencing factors.According to the established influencing factors relationship model,which based on the structural equation model(SEM),the influencing factors' action mechanism of the investigation results identification degree can be quantitatively studied.Firstly,through the literature analysis of the identification survey,the identification of the accident investigation results was defined in this paper.According to the literature review and statistics results of safety management and accident investigation,the Irrationalities were summarized into four categories: Institutional setup,program execution,and agency positioning and investigation report.In this paper,a statistical analysis of the investigation report on large and above production safety accidents in China's housing and municipal engineering construction works from 2005-2016 was made.And it was revealed that some problems existed in the investigation report,such as deviation of investigation purpose,unthorough cause analysis and excessively official conclusion of the investigation.Combining the collected information of related literature and actual accident investigations,other elements like lacking of program and ambiguity of duty were elaborated.On this basis,a system of influencing factors of identification on accident investigation was built,which could be used for the establishment of the influencing factors of identification degree relationship model followed.Secondly,the questionnaire was designed,on reference to the identification investigation scale and 232 valid questionnaires were collected in Guangdong and Henan Provinces.Then,after proving the reliability and validity of the data which were analyzed in the SPSS22.0 software,it was imported into the influencing factors relationship model of accident investigation results identification degree in AMOS22.0 to verify the hypothetical causality diagram.As a result,the relationship between accident investigation results identification degree and its influencing factors could be concluded:(1)The irrationality of investigation report,the investigation subject and the investigation procedure would directly resulted in low identification level of the accident investigation result,and the impact of the investigation procedure is greater than that of the investigation report,which is greater than that of the investigation subject;(2)Although it affect the identification of accident investigation results indirectly through investigation report,investigation subject and investigation procedure,the investigation system has the greatest effect on the identification of the survey results.(3)“the identification of the accident investigation results <---investigation procedure <---investigation system” is the most critical path of construction production safety accident investigation identification model.The research results not only provide a scientific basis for the improvement of accident investigation works,but also supplements the ideas and methods of quantitative research in this field. |
