The Design Of Indexable Fixture On Master Cylinder Horizontal Hole

In that way it can improve the processing efficiency and reduce labor intensity.The clamping force was supplied by hydraulic cylinder,and servo motor supplied the required power in rotate. The finite element mesh division of the main cylinder, and the software ANSYS was used to quantitative analysis the deformation of the workpiece under the clamping force. Changing the location of the clamping point and the clamping force according to the result,which improve the processing precision. The whole fixture was matched with the fourth axis of the machine tools, and the translocation function was programed as the fourth axis.When replacing the master cylinder,only need to change the processing programme.lt is saving the time of adjustment of the fixture.
