With the popularization of intelligent manufacturing technology in China,CNC machine tools are gradually replacing traditional processing equipments relying on their high efficiency and high precision performance advantages.Machining technology and machine tool fixture are the main components in the process of workpiece processing.They play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of workpiece processing.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the design of NC processing technology and machine tool fixture.For the unreasonable design of technology and fixture in angle grinder gear box NC machining,which leads to the inadequate reliability and inefficiency of gear box machining accuracy,five aspects of process analysis planning,fixture structure analysis and design,tool life research,reliability analysis of processing accuracy,optimization design of milling parameters are carried out based on the NC machining process of a certain angle grinder gear box in this paper.The results of optimization design are verified by experiments.The specific research contents are as follows.1.For the structure of gearbox and its processing technology,the processing difficulties and existing process defects are analyzed based on Five-axis NC machine tool,the processing order is compiled by Hyper Mi LL,and the NC machining trajectory is simulated.The CNC program is generated,which lays the foundation for the following processing experiments.2.The positioning scheme of the positioning workpiece is analyzed,the structure design of the gear box fixture is completed based on the structural characteristics and technological requirements of the gearbox,the corresponding static analysis and fatigue analysis are carried out,and the fixture structure is optimized.3.For the analysis of tool wear caused by process parameters in milling process,the influence degree of cutting parameters on tool wear is analyzed by Deform cutting simulation software.The cutting simulation is verified by cutting experiments,and the formula of tool life is established,which lays a foundation for the optimization of process parameters.4.The positioning error of workpiece in fixture is analyzed based on the theory of homogeneous coordinate transformation,the positioning error model of workpiece is established,and the uncertainty error distribution is solved.On this basis,the reliability model of machining accuracy is established,which lays the foundation for reliability optimization design of machining process.5.Optimization model of machining process reliability with the objective of processing efficiency and the constraint of expected reliability of machining accuracy and tool life is established based on the reliability model of machining accuracy;The model is solved by genetic algorithm,and the optimal process parameters are determined;After optimization,the processing efficiency is increased by 39.39%,the reliability of machining accuracy is 99.21%,and the tool life is increased by 25.64%.The experiment is carried out.Verification is carried out.
