In recent years, with the strong development of global and domestic economic, the market of metal wire products won excellent opportunities for development, our country has become the first superpower for metal wire products production. However, most of the domestic existing equipment which can realize three-dimensional space wire bending are all have the insufficient that lower integration degree, more overall procedures, poorer equipment flexible, can't continuous production, more personnel and equipment invest, etc. In order to solve these problems as possible, this paper puts forward a rotary head numerical control bending wire machine.This paper mainly completes the following several aspects:In this paper, the overall mechanical structure, key parts and work principle of the rotary head numerical control bending wire machine are illustrated in detail. Some important question is explained, such as, the realization of jaw clamping operation, the position relationship of the four kinds mould, the realization of the shearing functions, the realization of follow-up mould, etc. The finite element analysis and movement simulation of the key component also be illustrated.Combining the characteristics of this numerical control bending wire machine, the structure of control system hardware are explained in this paper, selected the type of components, such as, the industrial computer, input and output card, counter card, etc. The coordinate motion control system, pneumatic system and the selection of feedback components are also introduced. In terms of software, the main interface, coordinate conversion module and automatic processing module are introduced in detail.The springback phenomenon and bending springback theory are introduced in this paper, the influence factors for springback is also pointed out. The springback compensation method of this numerical control bending wire machine is mainly illustrated, that combine the numerical simulation with the practical bending results, its specific methods is establish springback compensation database in control system and apply the least-square method in springback compensation control. |
