In the 50-years development of Daqing Oilfield, it has experienced three periods: the early production period, the medium water cut stage, the ultra-high water cut stage. At the end of 2006, data and indicators of water-driven exploitation show that the development of most oilfields enters the ultra-high water cut stage with the output decreases year by year. The ultra-high water cut stage brings the corresponding contradictions to oil production engineering: with the number of layered water flood well and the layer increasing, the test work load increases year by year, and the existing technology cannot meet all aspects need; with the interlayer interference aggravating, the water injection qualified rate decreases 25 percent in four months, the inhere technology cannot meet the need of water flooding; the long-term monitoring of the monolayer water injection parameters cannot be realized by the existing technology, and the understanding and analysis to the reservoir cannot be implemented for the potential tapping of remaining oil.The overseas oil extraction technology is developing an intelligent well completion system. The system increases the capability of collecting the flowing date and oil date by real time monitoring. The real-time control using open-close type throttle or adjustable throttle regulates the flow by remote mode. The intelligent well completion technology in China has not started yet. At the same time, China oilfield water flooding equipment is unsuited the foreign intelligence well completion technology. Standing on the actual water flooding technology during the ultra-high water cut stage, the research work of synchronous dynamic flow control technology is carried out.This topic is researching water injection well digitized control technique which is propitious to china's oilfield water flooding technology. After fully recognizing the foreign correlation technique of water injection well, the system has proposed the digital control theory which control water injection well by wireless communication. Microcontroller is integrated into water injection well controller. On the ground, intelligent water flooding control system monitor water flooding pressure and quantity. This article redesign water regulator, and introduces the various parts of intelligent water regulator. It also makes a detailed description on the manner of working and the power supply mode, makes a brief description on front controller of intelligent water regulator. The system introduces a definite control procedure which the ground monitors the down hole controller. It also introduces micro- controller and wireless communications, and relates its principle of work and control mode. At last this article explains the charging process of battery.Finally the water injection well digital control technology is applied to practice. Water flooding passing rate can retain more than 90% for a long time. Simultaneously feedback data can accurately reflect the condition of oil layer in order to provide enough information for the geological plan of next steps.
