| The leisure cost zone of Shenzhen Bay is at the southeast of southern mountainous areas of Shenzhen city, it is the only dense urban area's littoral zone in Shenzhen, and it is an important project of Shenzhen, which city is on its road of constructing an ecological city, intensifying its city's costal characteristic, and consummate its urban functions. Since this project needs to fill part of sea areas, it definitely will have some influences on marine environment. So the study of the influences on nearest sea areas by this project becomes very important both in theory and in practice for the protection and sustainable development of Shenzhen bay. This dissertation studies the protection of marine environment, the maintenance of the equilibrium of marine ecosystem, and the control of new pollution sources. It first analysis features of utilizing the sea by this project, and then researches the main pollutions during and after the construction of this project and the key links of generating these pollutions, and then at last it ascertains the evaluating factors of the leisure coast zone project. It depicts the natural and social environment of Shenzhen Bay on the basis of years of collecting hydro-meteorological observation data and social investigation data. Through the sampling location in Shenzhen bay, we investigate and analysis waters, sedimentations, and organisms, using single standard index method and biodiversity index method to analysis the investigation results and to evaluate the environmental quality of Shenzhen Bay. We use the two dimensional silt diffusion transportation equation, the Zhujiangkuo river network's two dimensional ocean current model, and so on, to simulate and predict suspended substances caused by this project, ocean current changes caused by the sea reclamation, and to evaluate the effects on the ocean environment of Shenzhen Bay.The research of the environmental quality of Shenzhen bay and the simulation results of sea areas during the construction of this project shows that: since the Shenzhen bay is affected by the terrestrial pollution and the near shore's nutrition salt discharge, it is in a certain extent being polluted, and the investigation results shows that the labile phosphate and the inorganic nitrogen in the sea water of Shenzhen bay are all seriously above the normal level; the petroleum and sulfide has much more affections on sedimentations than other things. The main pollutions generated during the construction of the leisure coast of Shenzhen bay is Suspended Substance (SS), it will have some effects on water environment. And at the same time, since the environment is being affected by sea reclamation, the intertidal organisms and benthonic organisms will be buried to death, but this phenomena has relatively smaller effects on the sea areas of Shenzhen bay, and it is just temporal effects, it will evanesces along with the construction of the project. The sea reclamation part of the construction of the leisure coast of Shenzhen bay will occupies 0.3% of sea areas of Shenzhen bay, and according to the simulation results of flow distribution of project's areas, the current momentum will just have some trifling impacts before and after the project's construction. So, the project construction will not cause obvious impacts on the Shenzhen bay's landscape, hydrodynamics conditions.Since the economic loss caused by the project construction's adverse effects on the marine environment of Shenzhen bay is relatively smaller compared with the economic benefits, social benefits, and ecological benefits bigoted by the project'construction, the environmental effects of the project's construction is acceptable.According to the possible effects of the leisure coast zone of Shenzhen bay on the sea areas, this dissertation suggests some feasible strategies and measures to control and mitigate the environment disruption, work hard for reducing the adverse environment effects to the lowest possible extent, make sure the marine environment of the project's location will be effectively protected, and the sustainable development of the ocean resources of Shenzhen bay sea areas. |
