Aluminum alloy is the metal materials which were widely used in everyday life, With economic development, its demand will increaseas. However, due to the cast, aluminum alloy can not guarantee the quality good, therefore after processing, it will not only cause material loss of life and will also increase the rejection rate. Therefore, this paper simulator the process to the purification of aluminum by the double nozzle structure of spinning rotor.This article first improvement the pinning rotor which the present enterprise used, puts forward the double nozzle structure concept. On this basis, the components of the spin injection was re-design, with the upper and lower double nozzle rotor structure. Besides the air outlet diameter, the upper rotor and lower sizes of the rotor are proportional relationship.Next, we used the spinning rotor which was partly designs by ourself to carries on the water modelling, used the orthogonal experiment's method to degassing efficiency the rotational speed, gas flow and the location. In addition, used the variance analysis method obtain significantly factor and the best order of the purification process parameters under this experimental condition.Once more, we used CO2--NaOH peroxide solution system simulation aluminum melt purifies, and get the best relations of rotational speed and gas flow under this experimental condition. Analysis speed, air input to the depth of the swirl as well as chokes influence to the air bubble movement. At the same time compared the air bubble movement distributed rule which produces by the single nozzle and double nozzle spinning rotor.Finally, we used the computer simulation analysis the department pressure field, the velocity field and the kinetic energy and basic distributed rule of the single nozzle, double nozzle and dual-zone rotation. Then programs for the double nozzle to compared with the solution interior flow field rule in the different technological parameter condition. Finally we used two-dimensional simulation observation the air bubble movement distribution under the different rotational speed as well as the gas flow of the double nozzle revolving injection deaeration process, Simultaneously through simulation we ventilation to the water-soluble body movement of the bubble compared single and double nozzle shows the advantages of dual-head.
