In view of offshore oil production per well, gas-oil ratio and water content there is a big difference, under different conditions to improve measurement accuracy of crude oil needs, in a traditional test separator and multiphase flow meter based on the strengths and weaknesses, by optimizing the design and system integration, development of gas-liquid cylindrical cyclone separator-based (GLCC) technology, oil and gas wells flow measurement device. Developed GLCC + measure of production separator measurement mode, the metering system has the equipment, weight and take up less space, for single well production in a floating wide range of large gas-oil ratio, as well as measuring the results of the characteristics of high degree of accuracy.Through contrastive analysis of GLCC and traditional horizontal-type separator superior, shortcoming, confirmed this production measuring system's measurement effect through the software simulation and the experimental test, in order to satisfy the measuring accuracy which the customer proposed to meet±5% requirements.
