| As a core component of electro-hydraulic servo system, that is very popular in the field of aerospace, aviation, navigation and other fields, electric-hydraulic servo valves request high-performance of one of its components, the armature module which is responsible for the connection of the valve's magnet torque motor and valve core. Therefore, the assembly accuracy of the armature module must be very high. Because the parts of the module are jointed by interference fit, they can only been rigged out by press-mounting. But the press-mounting machine can not meet the requirements of the module's assembly now. So the success rate of assembly is not so high. Because assembly is the last process of the manufacture of armature module, a good deal of resource is extravagant. Besides, this press-mounting machine's degree of automation is very low and can only been operated by hands. So it is very necessary to develop new press-mounting machine with high automation level.First, this paper presented the general situation of press-mounting machine home and abroad. On the basis of adequate analysis of interference fit and the press-mounting machine in use, this paper presented some key points calling for special attention during the new push mounting's design.Then, this paper presented the design of new press-mounting machine in detail. The new push mounting is composed of mechanical part, fixture, circuit part, control software and system table. Mechanical part and fixture is the press-mounting machine's key and also the greatest difficulty. IPC is the core of the circuit part,that includes stepper motor control and sensor signal acquisition and display. The control software can draw force-displacement curve real-timely, and control the press-mounting machine on the basis of force-displacement curve. System table provides an comfortable and friendly environment for operators.At last, after the commissioning, the new press-mounting machine performed all function planned. |
