| Flying Shear'Control palys an important role in the process of cold rolling strip production control link, also, the normal operation of flying shear plays an irreplaceable important role for reducing accidents and improving productivity . The good or bad quality of cut control also directly affects the products'shape accuracy and product rate, to improve product s'quality, this paper have an depth study on Flying Shear's Control System based on the project of "Tangshan Chun Hing 1450mm eight mill roll and five-stand cold rolling unit" .The papers first reviews the flying shear control's research situation in cold rolling strip, combination the specific project, we design the flying shear'automatic control program in cold rolling control system,using 6RA70 Digital DC drives as the drive control system, make the appropriate design of electronic control devices.and the the production process of flying shear as the basis for control algorithm, combined with algorithm, we use STEP7 software to program for seam tracking and shear'control to achieve the flying shear blade'speed and position closed loop'control so that it can meet with production requirements. Second, using theconfiguration software WINCC to design HMI control system interface for cutting control system, with Ethernet and Profibus-DP field bus for the drive and control devices and PC-screen communications connectivity, the realization of the remote operation for controling flying shear, timely troubleshooting, ensure that the flying shear'blade can be normally operate, and saving a lot of human resources.Production projects than in the past, the control system applied and improved a seam tracking control link, through the PLC program control, making a more accurate location of the shear'cut ,through the scene and conducted a number of commissioning the specific operation on the controlled object, to achieve the good results of the system'high precision control and low failure rate, verify the correctness of the design. |
