Steel process industry is the basic industry of our country economy,but the important synchronous steel board cutting equipment-flying shear depended on import from foreign market for a long time.The difference between the flying shear made in our country and from overseas is obvious.Along with the increase of the turn out and variety in the modem steel production,it is requested the steel production must be developed direction to the high speed and continuous productive manner.Hence,the Flying Shear is one of the most indispensability and pivotal equipment in the continuous product line of steel of steel rolling.On one side the need to the shear machine is increasing,on the other side the quest of the quality of the machine is instinct.This subject analyses generally the appliance and the technology improvement of the shear machine in or out the country and the framework and the theory are also studied.Altogether,the work is composed of the listed several parts:Firstly,taking the examples of four-bar linkage crank flying shear and Schnoman flying crank shear applied in the 2050mm flying shear control system in hot rolling mill of Baosteel,this thesis introduced the process layout of two kinds of flying shear.The principle and function of flying shear control system is analyzed,and combined with the features of devices and technology,the requirement of electrical equipment is obtained.Moreover,control models of three part of four-bar linkage crank flying shear are founded,including top crop,back-end crop and fixed length cutting.Control models of dividing shear,non-dividing shear,pinch-roller speed and fixed length adjustment are founded.According to the structure and the requirement of flying shear control system,the control principle of flying shear system is analyzed.Once more,SimMechanics block in Matlab/Simulink is applied to simulate the physical as well as behavioral features of the mechanical structure of flying shears,and the simulation result is analyzed in contrast of theoretical value.Finally,according to the simulation result,the synchronize speed control,precision control,cutting length control and anti-collision control,etc.are analyzed,and the two kinds of flying shear systems are optimized through improving control method as well as external environment.
