In recent years, the deformed steel bar thread rolling machine was rapidly developed due to its high efficiency, low cost and Perfect properties of its production. But the current domestic and international spiraling steel rolling equipments only can product single semifinished product, cannot achieve production to steel wire rod, cause the whole production line uncontinuous and need artificial feeding.Based on the above reasons, this paper uses ordinary thread rolling machine as reference and uses rolling process with the relative motion principle as the foundation, develops a new type thread rolling machine, this thread rolling machine applys to steel wire rod material processing, can realize the automatic feeding, deprives the artificial feeding process, greatly improves the rebar productivity.Thread rolling pressure process are analyzed through studying the plastic forming principle and threaded cold rolling theory. Rolling mode of thread rolling machine is determined by studying thread rolling type. Effective rolling parameters of thread rolling machine are determined through research rolling parameters. Mechanical structures are designed and detailed introduction and analysis are made for key structures.The model of thread rolling cylindrical dies were built with Pro/E software and numerical simulation on the rolling process of workpiece were carried out with DEFORM-3D software.The thread rolling machine was manufactured. The difference between practical rolling process and theoretical rolling process was found by practices, problems were solved through modifying rolling parameters and final aim is to make products achieve business requirements...
