PQF adjustable three-rollers rolling mill use three-roll design process as the core,combined with the limit mandrel control technology.It makes the technology of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes acquire the significant technological breakthroughs.In the PQF rolling tube machine production line,Pipe mill roll between the work of the state and the speed control operation of limit mandrel rack mechanism,which determine the quality of production of seamless steel pipe.So each rack of three rollers speed synchronization control and limit rack mechanism dynamic torque control are particularly important.Firstly,the article does a brief overview of the mill and describes the working principle of rolling mill.Through the theoretical knowledge learning,Research for the mill control system and its components provide a solid foundation.This paper make a research on the drive control system.One rack of pipe rolling mill is made of three-roller that is controlled by one set of hydraulic servo system.This requires us to design a reasonable assurance program to control 3 motors speed synchronous,and then the surface quality of steel produced can not be affected.Similarly,the limit rack mechanism uses 4 motors with 1 main and 3 auxiliary drive mode by gearbox,which make the gear holding-on the rack to achieve the insert,limit and return of mandrel.So we need to make 4 motors output same torque in order to ensure the device working normaly.The topic that comes from ANHUI TIANDAφ273mmPQF depends on design and debugging process,combined with the practice of engineering.The control system designs a full range of automation control solutions.Focus on the rolling mill speed synchronization control circuit design and limit rack mechanism for torque matching research and analysis.Debugging and production results show that the implementation of the two programs fulfill the requiremengts of the production.
