In recent years,there have been frequent accidents in the dangerous industry.Due to the wrong judgment of the situation on the scene,as well as the choice of unreasonable protection measures and escape routes,many people cannot get out of the dangerous situation in time,resulting in heavy casualties and bad social impact.The area affected by the consequences of the accident can be divided into the isolation area and the evacuation area,the isolation area is a circular area with the accident as the center,the person is subject to death threats in the isolation area,and the division of the isolation area can avoid heavy casualties.Based on the above,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and software simulation,so as to study the catastrophic failure of the liquid ammonia storage tank as the research object,comprehensively considers all kinds of accident types after leakage,and proposes a reasonable division method of accident isolation area.Firstly,the characteristics of liquid ammonia and the accident mechanism of catastrophic rupture of storage tank are analyzed.Secondly,on-the-spot research on ammonia-related enterprises to obtain the real data.Thirdly,make clear the basic theory of the division of accident isolation area,and define the boundary of accident isolation area.Finally,the influence of related factors on the area of isolated area is studied by software simulation,and then the partition method is determined.Finally come to the conclusion.The Basic Theory of the Division of the Accident Isolation Region with the Probability Model of Death.The three types of accidents that may occur after the catastrophic rupture of a liquid ammonia tank include poisoning,fire,and explosion,all of which can cause death threats to persons within a certain range.According to the theory and method of the dangerous area division of all kinds of accidents,the boundary of the accident isolation area is1%.The boundary of all kinds of accident isolation area is affected by internal and external factors,and the maximum boundary can be determined by software simulation.By analyzing the relationship between the maximum isolation areas of various accidents,the area of the liquid ammonia storage tank's catastrophic rupture accident shall be divided according to the number of accidents which the personnel may be affected in each interval.
