Since the 1990 s,China has paid more attention to the classification of municipal solid waste.The pilot demonstration work of municipal solid waste classification has been widely carried out in cities all over the China.However,there is still a lack of appropriate and feasible models and standards for the effective evaluation of the classification and reduction effect of municipal solid waste.This paper takes domestic waste classification and reduction effect as the research object,summarizes the main evaluation index research results of domestic waste classification at home and abroad,constructs the evaluation system and model for domestic waste classification and reduction effect,and takes a landfill service area in southern China as an example,applies the established evaluation system and model to the classification and reduction effect of garbage in the service area of the landfill in 2018.Evaluation.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)A comprehensive evaluation index system for domestic waste classification and reduction effect involving 12 secondary indicators under four levels of front-end classification,end treatment,garbage material characteristics and resident behavior was constructed,which reflected the whole process management and classification effect of garbage.Key dimensions such as civic responsibility,status quo and effort,and indexing the indicators with reference to relevant norms,literature and expert opinions,using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to assign weights to all indicators,based on the overlapping index method,using weighted summation A comprehensive index model and evaluation criteria for the classification and reduction of domestic wastes were established.(2)Sampling analysis showed that in 2018,the highest content of domestic waste in the service area of the landfill was kitchen waste,accounting for 53.13%;followed by plastic and paper,accounting for 18.14% and 16.16%,respectively;the total moisture content of domestic waste was 56.60%,and the moisture content of kitchen waste in each component was the highest,reaching 71.36%;the low calorific value of garbage wet base was 5885.73 kJ/kg,which met the requirements of incineration treatment for calorific value.(3)Through sampling test,field investigation,questionnaire survey and data consulting,the data for garbage classification and reduction effect evaluation in the service area of the landfill are obtained,and the classification and reduction effect of domestic waste in a service area of a landfill in southern China is evaluated with the established evaluation model.The classification and reduction effect of domestic waste in a service area of a landfill in southern China in 2018 are obtained.The comprehensive index of the classification and reduction effect of domestic waste in a service area of a landfill in southern China in 2018 is 5.79 and the evaluation grade is medium.The measures and means for improvement are put forward.
