Natural plants dyes have good qualities of toxicity, wide sources, be friendly to environment, good biodegradable and environmental compatibility. Many of them have the efficacy of good anti-bacterial, So loved by the people, but natural plants dye for color fastness is an ongoing problem, especially in poor light fastness of the application of natural plants dyes. Therefore, how to adopt a new approach to solid-color stain substantial increase in natural plants dyes fastness of the fabric is necessary. The topics chosen for the three plant dyes Treats, turmeric, mulberry as the research object, discuss the dyeing pH, dye concentration, dyeing time, dyeing temperature on the dyeing properties of silk fabrics, and received three different plants Optimization of dyeing fabric dye process. On this basis, discuss the effect of different metal ions, nano-titanium dioxide finishing agent for dyeing color fastness of fabric, focus on discussing the diazotization reagent finishing for plant dye fastness, by pH, diazotization reagent concentration, time and finishing process parameters to draw up the optimization process. Under using this process with directly dyed silk fabric for processing, could make the dyes light fastness have greatly improved and can be improved light fastness 2-3 grade compared to directly dyed silk fabric and can improve 1-2 grade compare to silk fabric dyed with the mediaThus, the use of diazo reagent of plant dyeing finishing for silk fabrics, can improve the color fastness, especially light fastness are greatly enhanced. In addition, the treated fabric to the dark color is also the direction of the trend. With the increase in the depth effect, but as a process of new, there are still many issues to need further research, such as color changes after treatment of fabric, color difference between batches of the reproducibility and the safety of treated fabric and so on.
