Research On The Generating Rules Of Tight Prototype Collar And Armhole Curves Based On Human Body Characteristic

With the digital technology development and the growth of living standard, people pay more and more attention to the demand of mental culture. The social gets into a personalized merchandise and service time, and the forms of production that mass specifically tailored will provide each customers personalized products and services.This paper research the generating rules of collar and armhole curves based on non-contact 3D point-cloud data, the main research work is presented as follow:1. Human body measurement.This paper choose the young woman as the research subject, the mearsures on bodily form were obtained by using photo measurement, traditional manual ways and non-contact automatic measurement.2. Determine the feature points, and then obtain the basic curve framework. According to the 3D human body feature size for 3D garment CAD system, first use CorelDraw12.0 measure the 2D pictures and determine the position of the feature points by the statistical and geometry methods; then accurately extract the human body feature points such as the human lateral neck point, the front neck point,the back neck point , the shoulder point and armpit point.Through the UGS Imageware, determine the rules of the depth and width of the collar curves, the depth and width of the armhole curves.3. Insert the related points and connect them. The feature points will not enough to creat collar and armhole curves, insert related points in according to the principle of equant collar depth the collar curve, and so as the armhole curve. Then do correlation analysis, linear analysis and cluster analysis by SPSS as to get the relevance of collar and armhole size.4. Insert the twice related points and make the curve become smooth.Then do cluster analysis and insert the twice related points, in the end do scatter diagram by excel,and get the smooth collar and armhole curves.The research result provides method and technique referencefor garment pattern generation, and lays the foundation for the development of garent pattern autogeneration system.
