With the changing of the society and the development of economic globalization, people’s life quality has been improved greatly, the daily dress requirement are also gradually improved. The first performance is the clothing aesthetic point; the second aspect is emphasizing on harmony relationship between clothing and human body, which is the so-called comfortable design; the third aspect is the clothing design effect, quality improvemen and functional design. Fit requirement is one of the basic points in costume design, which achieved the best effect based on the research of body structure. In this essay, through studied the body of young women who is the main consumer groups, to improve the young women’s trousers comfortable fit for the purpose, analyzing the height and curve feature of their hip, enriching classification and making research more detailed. Then through three-dimensional cutting practical operation analyzed the effect of hip curve in hip pants structure design. Summarizing and analyzing the hip’s curve and height affect on pants design.The specific studies are as follows:1.In this paper, using non contact 3D body scanner measurement, measuring young women’s body characteristics, who is 18 to 24 years old and coming form Jiangsu and Zhejiang area.The research object of this paper is to extract the hip data, and through the basic data to construct a direct descriptive derivative of the hip, the hip is more detailed description, the use of SPSS data analysis software to analyze the data to get the basic changes of hip data.2. Factor analysis was carried out on hips data and referenced the control parts in trousers design, then summarized hip impact factor which contain height factor, circumference factor, curve form factor, fullness factor. Study the relationship between height and altitude intercept and obtain the rule that hip high the same as 1/5 variables of waist height values approximately. The proportion relationship that we get will become physicochemical standards in the body aesthetic, at the same time, we get the regression relation formula between hip high and high is y=0.673 h-29.19, the regression relation formula between waist to hip height and hip to crotch height is Y= 0.514X-6.889.Throughwe can accurately obtained hip high position in trousers pattern design. Through cluster analysis way to analyze hip high changing rule and hip height difference ratio, getting breech high between difference clustering is 3cm and three different kinds of breech types(recorded as U means high position, D means down position, Z means middle position).3. Choosing the more accurate description variables (variables derived) when study the characteristics of hip curve about transverse and longitudinal directions parameter, such as transverse variables:after hip circumference, hip circumference ratio; After hip variables: hip’s convex space, hip’s convex deep, hip’s convex angle; longitudinal variables:waist hip side angle, waist hip angle, through all description variables making the hip’s feature in the horizontal and vertical curves more clearer.Through the formulation variables to cluster analysis hip vertical and horizontal curve shape respectively, obtained three different longitudinal curve of the buttock finally, inside them, the side body curve shape are denoted as:S, B,M; The shape of the hip convex curve are denoted as:T, W, P; Then combined with the clustering analysis result of hip height difference, in the end, we obtained 9 different hip longitudinal curve and side body curve shape. In the cluster analysis about the transverse curve shape of hip, when choosing different indicators we will all get 4 different kinds of cross section shape of the curve. As the same as this process, in clustering analysis the shape of the hip’s sulcus curve,4 kinds of different sulcus curve were getted.4. Based on the analysis of young female’s hip curve clustering results, through the amended method to construct different model, and then operate 3D cutting experiment test on them, study the influence of hip curve on structure design in trousers back piece. The model respectively gluteal sulcus depth model, hip convex die spacing type, hip value model. Based on the pattern structure and pattern between the structure design of the displacement measurements were performed to summarize and analyze the specific effects of hip curve form the trousers pattern design In order to learn the influence about the changing of buttock channel depth on the crotch in pattern design more detailed, fork curve model were established, analyzed the length, curvature, establish and semi arc length difference of crotch curve respectively, eventually obtained the effect of depth about hip convex deep on the crotch bending and other variables in back part pattern’s design through the concept about differential grade.In this article, through analyzed young female’s hip characteristics from Jiangsu and Zhejiang area making research on hip size more detailed, further perfecting the content of the research on the details, at the same time, making the hip size more classification, the description more clear and detailed. Through the research about the effect of different hip curve on design will improve the pants comfort design greatly, making the system about human body local structure’s influence on pattern design more complete.
