Extremely high inertia forces will be generated in stamping machine when stroke speed falls in range for ultra high speed stamping machine. Difficulties in research and development are how to lower the inertia forces. The research for the balance of inertia forces is very important, and directly influences the quality of machine. On this problem, the following aspects have been studied in this thesis.Firstly, the research and design of the main movement mechanism and balancing mechanism in stamping machine CGB25 are carried out. And the CGB25 three-dimensional solid model was built up using Pro/Engineer. Simultaneity, the kinematics, dynamics simulation and calculation for major parts of stamping machine CGB25 are carried out.Iit is the foundation for study.Secondly, the kinematics, dynamics analysis and calculation of slider crank mechanism and stamping machine CGB25 are carried out using simplified model. And the effectiveness of the proposed balancing mechanism is validated through computer simulations.Lastly, by analysis and comparison of several methods for the balance of inertia forces, proposes an approach for completely balancing out the inertia forces, and an approach for partially canceling the inertia force. Finally, proposes an integrated optimization approach for balance of inertial force in ultra high speed stamping machine based on multi-objective function optimization.
