With the rapid progress of the global economy,the global machinery industry development is also changing,and annual production of automobile more and more,and people focus on automotive safety is becoming more and more attention,automotive related businesses face challenges has intensified,reduced body weight adjustment,and the structural strength of the high body parts become a research focus,hot and difficult in the automobile industry.Appear ultra strong steel hot forming techniques(stamping technology+ heat treatment technology),the perfect solution to the ultra-high-strength steel production rebound is difficult to control and mold life and other key technical problems,resulting in the body structure stamping parts tensile strength can be up to 1500 MPa above.Ultra high strength steel in the automotive and related industries in the number of applications also increases with each passing day,compared with western developed countries in hot stamping technology in China,the background is thinner,started late,the up to now most enterprises and scientific research units have failed to achieve on the technology master,is still in the cause of foreign production lines and scientific research units is still in the stage of exploration,so the hot stamping of independent research needs to be accelerated,While the existing autonomous research process in our country,the problems to be solved is the ultra-high-strength steel due to the heat balance is particularly unstable product quality problems caused by mold temperature instability in a hot stamping die systems in the production process.This paper focuses on the hot stamping technology related theoretical research,and analyzes the related technical principles and heat transfer performance of hot stamping process,and explores the related factors of high strength steel hot stamping production.The ultra high strength steel hot forming technology in parts forming temperature and forming process is simulated,according to the basic experimental research results set a stage of the appropriate process parameters and consider actual production factors,the simulation of various processes and parameters using Baosteel BR1500 HS materials and related equipment production experiments were carried out to study the physical.Through the whole numerical simulation method of ultra high strength steel hot stamping forming continuous punching heat balance study,not only numerical simulation of a single punching cycle,and the process and cooling systems combine studied acomplete stamping system.According to the related parameter simulation continuous stamping the continuous medium plate stamping process and die temperature change rule.Constant iterative process of forming mold system simulation,analysis of data balance,analyzed the heat balance and major parameters,and find the influencing factors of the critical factors.Continuous stamping die during temperature changes and process cycle,etc.Impact on the part of the temperature field,Continuous stamping mold temperature in the process of research and process cycle changes on the quality of sheet metal and the final product and its change rule.Based on thermal equilibrium of the critical condition of the hot stamping process optimization and propose improvements for the current process parameters.
