With the rapid development of economy and society, the great progress of science and technology, the textiles with high added value have become the future development trend of science and technology textile, and the functional textiles have attracted more and more consumers. As one kind of functional textiles, fragrant textiles have aroused a major concern. At present, good sustained release and recharging ability have been the development trend of aromatic textiles; therefore, it has a very important actual significance to achieve good control-releasing performance on fragrant textiles.In this project, ordered mesoporous material SBA-15 which has the large pore sizes, large surface area and great thermal and hydrothermal stability is selected to be as the wall in the textile aromatic finishing. There are three respects investigates which include the preparation of SBA-15/essence compound material, the modification on SBA-15 and its loading capacity as well as control-releasing performance, and the application on aromatic finishing by using SBA-15/essence compound material.At first, in the part of preparation of SBA-15/essence compound material, the jasmine, lotus and the white rose essence with the wider range scope of the threshold and the smaller experimental tolerance are selected as functional materials of aromatic finishing by a three-alternative forced-choice(3-AFC) procedure and the ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer, the parameters of processes were optimized by evaluating the adsorption quantity of SBA-15 to essences as presented below: the SBA-15/essence compound materials were prepared at the essence volume fraction of 55%, and at 45℃for 2 hours.At second, at study of modification of SBA-15 and its loading capacity and sustained -releasing performance, with a evaluation to the adsorption quantity of SBA-15 to essences, the modification processes were optimized by the modification of KH-570 to SBA-15 as shown below: modification is at KH-570 mass fraction of 5% for 12 hours. Through the analysis and characteristic of TEM, EDS and Subzero Nitrogen Adsorption-desorption on both SBA-15 and modified SBA-15, it indicated that modified SBA-15 is succeeded in inarching KH-570 with long-range ordered pore sizes and without the collapse and wall-up of pore. And the sustained -releasing performances of SBA-15/essence and modified SBA-15/essence were also investigated, the results indicated that the adsorption quantity of optimally modified SBA-15 to jasmine essence were increased to 1.22g/g from original 0.875g/g with the good sustained -releasing performances at the same time.At last, in the part of the fragrancy finishing of SBA-15/essence, with a evaluation to the dispersing and stability of SBA-15, the dispersing processes were optimized as presented below: low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate mass fraction of 0.8%, pH=7, emulsifier mass fraction of W 0.5%; the placed-resistant and washing durability of cottons which were treated by padding ,exhaustion and coating aromatic finishing were also studied and evaluated from both subjective and objective methods, the results indicated that the placed-resistant time of cottons treated by padding/exhaustion finishing was 40 days with 5 times washing durability, and the performance of knit cotton was better than that of woven cotton, in addition, the placed-resistant time of woven cotton treated by coating was around 15 weeks with about 7 times washing durability, which was the best in all finishing methods. At last, the recharging ability of SBA-15 finished on fabrics was assessed and whiteness and stiffness of fabrics treated were tested, the study results revealed that fabrics treated by SBA-15 had recharging ability to some extent and only slightly affected wear ability of fabrics.
