Newton overlapping is an extremely important fractal set. Newton overlapping graphics show that the complex structure and be rich in content, always ever-changing and it has a special aesthetic value, so it has been widely applied to Pattern Design mainly as an artistic resources in recent years. The purpose of this paper is based on structural features of the Newton overlapping graphics, and doing a study on how to design special textural effect on fabrics by using the mathematical transformation methods and digital jacquard weaving with CAD. and some meaningful conclusions are resulted. In this paper, the main study focuses on the following aspects: 1 Based on dynamics theory of Newton overlapping, produce a large number of Newton overlapping graphics which have particular structural features by changing the mathematical model and internal parameter information with visual C++. 2 Exploit many new kinds of Newton overlapping graphics by using classics Newton overlapping theory into The power function, the trigonometric function, the exponential function and the Hyperbolic function. 3 design special textural effect on fabrics by using particular structural features such as infinite fine enchase lines and scatterplots . 4 On this basis, use Mathematical morphology and Dithering processing to process the pattern of Mandelbrot graphics , and the apply the new Newton overlapping graphics into design special textural effect on fabrics. Experimental results shows that Using the mathematical methods to process Newton overlapping, gain special Newton overlapping graphics, on the basis of using image processing technology to design the class of grain appearance, through weaving in silk fabrics produced on special effects skinning texture is realistic.
