For the purpose of getting gradual color change effect on raw silk jacquard fabric woven aswell as increasing fabric’s appreciation value and science-technology content,this thesis present aimaging method on raw silk fabric that the warps and wefts are the same color by using digitalweaving principle. The raw silk woven is a kind of method that weaving stitches fabrics by rawsilk then perform some following-up processes like degumming to make fabrics. TheCharacteristics of the fabric woven by raw silk are as followed: first of all because of the warpsand wefts have the same color, it can be have a considerable difference of imaging principlebetween the same color of warps-and-wefts and the different color of warps-and-wefts;second,for the raw silk fabric have to be treated by degumming technology, the degummingtechnology will take off the most of the Silk Sericin where is on the yarn, it enlarged theclearance not only the warp-and-weft yarn but also the warp yarns and weft yarns that isinterlaced, such structure changing makes the raw silk fabric have different wearability with silkfabric directly, that means: the raw silk fabric luster is more vivacious、diversification and softer.Third, the raw silk yarn has to be twisted for the existence of silk sericin; the twisting processmakes silk fabric is variety, as well as to be an important considerable factor during the cause ofdigital weaving process.The main studies include the following aspects: firstly, in accordance with the raw silkfabric’s luster characteristic and impact factors to establishing a weave model by varying basisweaves. Allowing for the limit of floating length and interweave, take eighteen-heddle weftsateen as basis weaves, translating form warp satin to weft warp and get twenty-nine weaves byadding eight points once a time which to establish a satin weave model. Secondly, weavingfabrics by the weave model, then shooting pictures to obtaining the fabric’s digital images andacquiring the gray intensity about the R、G、B through programming, base on the varianceanalysis result to reject the weaves that is only have shade of difference, then establishing the final useful weave link-datebase. Thirdly, base on the weave link-database, choosing two kindsof patterns, one is the weak chaos pattern and another is the traditional pattern, weaving fabricsthat have sensible gradient imaging effect by means of electric jacquard.The above studies have shown that it is feasible to obtain raw silk jacquard fabric with graygradient effect with the help of digital technique. This kind of fabric is individual and exquisitethat quite different form the silk jacquard fabric that woven by warps and wefts with same color.It draws on a new experience for the exploitation of the raw silk fabrics.
