China's Wildlife Protection Law System Improvement Research

Wild animals are an important part of the ecological environment, not only has the important economic, scientific, and cultural value, and for maintaining ecological balance is of great significance. Our country region is vast, natural condition is complex, ecological environment is different, is suitable for various kinds of wild animals in the world, is the survival of wildlife resources is one of the most abundant of countries. But our disorderly hunt wild animals and illegal indiscriminate killing for wildlife trade etc, causing unending wildlife resources has been severely disrupted. With the deepening of the research of wild animals, people gradually realized the importance of wildlife protection, countries trying to push through legislation and formulate relevant system to strengthen the protection of wildlife, but in reality there are some problems.This paper tries to perfect our wildlife protection legal system. First of all, based on the general analysis of wildlife protection, made clear the legal connotation and wildlife in protecting wild animals thoughts and the theoretical basis of wildlife protection described; Secondly, on international wildlife protection legislation in China, find out a comparative study of wild animal protection legislation, this paper discusses the shortcomings in the international legislation on wildlife protection legal system reference place; Finally, based on the wildlife on the current situation and existing problems in China are analyzed, and perfect the legal system of wildlife protection suggestion. So that we could establish and perfect wildlife protection legal system in China, solve our country reality wildlife protection problems existing in the legal system, which can better protect our wild animals.
