Reliability of production system of coal face is not only one of the main basis that optimization design for production system, but also the prerequisite of safety production and improving economic benefit. The reliability of production system affected by mechanical equipment, mining environment, personnel quality and so on a series of factors, therefore it is a very complicated system. Aiming at the complex system,the structured element applied by people, machines, environmental three subsystems,and calculating reliability of series system that is machine-environmental-people, namely the fuzzy reliability of production system, Get the reliability model of analysis and evaluation. Among them, for the three subsystems: Mechanical system is the series system have composed by different mechanical equipment, Using fuzzy structured element to calculating fuzzy availability of the series mechanical system.By structure element method take mechanical system availability to comparison and analysis of coal face.Using fuzzy mathematical structured element to calculated the fuzzy reliability of mining environment system. Establishing mining environment system reliability fuzzy comprehensive comparison model.Establish people subsystem reliability calculation model. calculating fuzzy reliability of human subsystem, compared and discussed the reliability of human subsystem.For reliability of production system of 901 large mining height and 702 top coal caving has analyzed. And the reliability in the production system be taken analyzed and compared by structured element method.
