In this thesis,the identification of danger sources is carried out on the coal mine underground working face.According to different types of accidents,in-depth analysis is made from three aspects: the formation conditions,influencing factors and objective laws of the accidents.By collating data on types of underground accidents and fatalities in coal mines nationwide from 2013 to 2018,the causes of the five types of accidents including gas,roof,water damage,dust,and electromechanics and the relationship between the basic causes are analyzed.In-depth analysis of the reliability of the operator on the basis of the identification of hazard sources,to explore the relationship between human reliability and accidents.The professional technical level and safety knowledge of the workers are the main reasons for the low reliability of the workers.Through the study of human reliability and the consideration from the perspective of operator’s technical cognition,a safety production laws and regulations query system was established.It is convenient for the safety education of the workers in the underground and reduces the accidents caused by the insufficient knowledge of the safety knowledge of the operators.The system is divided into two aspects: database design and system platform design.My SQL database is selected as the database of the entire system,and PHP technology is used as the system design support.The functional design part of the system is divided into three parts: system management,information management,and user operation.The system architecture part has two parts: retrieval and storage.
