Hydraulic support is the modernized high production and high efficient mine to ensure the working space and the importance of safety in production equipment, its safety and reliability will directly affect the comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology application and promotion. Based on years of fault statistics of hydraulic support fault are mostly from the hydraulic system, and support hydraulic system maintenance, repair costs throughout the mining cost to hold the very great proportion. Therefore, to support hydraulic system reliability analysis, find out the weak link of hydraulic system, hydraulic system reliability assurance measures for hydraulic system, update technology and equipment repair provides reliable basis.Study on hydraulic support technology development status are introduced in this paper, the hydraulic system of hydraulic support features analysis. To support hydraulic system components of the structure and the principle of a detailed analysis, according to the hydraulic system structure diagram and reliability theory, draw out the reliability of hydraulic system of model.
