Research And Development On Ramp Computer Aided Design System

The mine development is the main construction engineering of the mine,the quality of the development will directly affect the follow links.Ramp is widely used in recent years.it is accompanied by the development and application of the trackless equipments.Visualization and intelligent are the main research direction of CAD field,and the ramp is more widely used.Ramp development and CAD technology perfectly union is the main research of this paper,and the Ramp-CAD system is developed.The Ramp-CAD system mainly contains two architectural systems.one is the automatic system of ramp generating,the other is the ramp cross-secton design system.they can complete their work by themselves,and they can also work together to finish the design of ramp.In the automatic generation system of ramp,a automatic generation algorithm based on shortest path of ramp is designed.The algorithm is restrained by two key indicators,completing the optimal layout throuth analyzing and disposing the ramp key data.Ramp cross-section design system mainly completes the section design and the ditch design,According to the characteristic that the ramp is used for trackless equipments and graphics parametric principle,completing the design of the ramp cross-secton,drawing the relevant graphs and feature tables.Ramp-CAD is redevelopmented based on the Languang Gis,developing the two-dimensional graphic and the three-dimensional graphic,outputting the shapes and building the three-dimensional models.After testing,the Ramp-CAD is integrated by designing and drawing,having very good auxiliary function to the ramp design.It has strong engineering application and development prospect.
