| With China's coal production scale expands unceasingly, the problem of mine ventilation system safety becomes more serious, which increased the difficulty of mine safety high-efficient exploitation. The key technical problems of mine ventilation system safety and balance theory must be solved to achieve high yield production in coal mine, athough the coal mine of our condition are faced with the expanding of production scale and the serious condi-tions of mine ventilation system various problem.This dissertation has established the evaluation indexes optimized scheme of mine venti-lation system and the evaluation index relative importance sequence matrix, and made sure mine ventilation system solutions of judging indexes weights in perspective of safe and reli-able, overall, economic, system optimization, and combined the central boundary type ventila-tion system characteristics of Caozhuang mine coal. With the target of mine ventilation system reliability theory analysis and mine ventilation system optimization, the three basic law of mine ventilation network and the characteristics of different structure of the wind path airflow have been put forward, and mine romantic state equation two mine ventilation network distri-bution algorithm mathematical model Barczyk method and Cross method have been given. Accurate and reliable mine ventilation network decoding software based on Cross iteration method have been compiled. According to the principle of mine ventilation system optimiza-tion, Caozhuang coal mine ventilation system transformation has been divided into three stag-es. Different project have been put forward to each phase, and the network have been decoded respectively. The mine ventilation system renovation plan multizones have been analyzed sys-tematically. Multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been used to optimize mine ventilation system scheme adjustment. The dissertation determined the optimal scheme with maximum membership degree principle of mine ventilation system, and made sure the safety and reliability of each branch net to realize a economics, systematic and scientific, nor-mative and integrity mine ventilation system, which have improved the anti-disaster ability of mine ventilation system.The result of this dissertation have realized the incorporation of theoretical analysis and practical combination, provided scientific basis for mine ventilation system transformation optimization. The result of this dissertation also have provided effective mine ventilation sys-tem transformation method, which can effectively guarantee the safety production of coal mine. This dissertation can also have a great guidance and reference to the other similar coal mine, and have the important theoretical and practical significance to the national safety pro-duction in coal mine. |
