Ventilation system is an important component of the mine production system, thereasonable mine ventilation system could ensure production safety. It is composed by the powerand ventilation devises,mine ventilation network,monitoring and control facilities.Gong Changling iron ore is a underground mine which has a long history of mining, due toinadequate investment, and mining methods are unified, many levels produce at the same time,mine ventilation is more complicated and there is a big problem, serious problem in the normalproduction of mine. By a complete and detail investigation about the mineral ventilation system,we mastered the distribution of ventilation resistance, acquired frictional air resistant coefficientof the main lane under mineral well, provided scientific according to predicting and designingthe ability of the mineral well ventilation..Then using the computer to measure the data, draw upventilation reconstruction plan and makes the optimization to the multi-stage ventilator station.The proposed plans were applied to the scene and obtain good effect, proved the ventilationsystem reform and network optimization adjustment scheme is feasible and effective.
