| Dust is the main component of urban air pollution in the current. It has a certain hazardous to atmosphere, soil, water, plants and humans. This article is Carried out with the seventh stage of atmospheric environmental remediation work in Hangzhou. It is based on the data of the main monitoring indicators of the air pollution in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (The following abbreviation is Xiasha) from 2002 to 2010. The synthetic pollution index method is used to evaluate the pollutant concentrations. Seasonal changes of the dustfall in Xiasha are analyzed from pollution sources, meteorological factors, the energy structure, and so on. The dustfall of different types of functional areas are compared. The main sources and links of dust in Xiasha are analyzed. The targeted strategies and recommendations about pollution control of dust are proposed. From the monitoring point of view, dust was one of the main reasons for affecting air quality of Xiasha In recent years. In the dust monitoring of 11 months, the dustfall in Xiasha was less than the standard of dust fall controlling in Zhejiang Province in 7 months only. The standard of dustfall controlling in Zhejiang Province was 8 t/km2·30d. Dustfall was influenced significantly by the season and weather conditions in Xiasha. Overall, the highest season was autumn, and the lowest was summer. And the dustfall was quite different among the different functional areas. Generally speaking, the highest area was the construction site aera, the lowest was the cultural and educational area, between the highest and the lowest was the industrial area and the residential area. The dustfall of the cultural and educational area near the highway side was significantly higher than the dustfall of the cultural and educational area near the riverside.After investigation and analysis, the main source of the dust in Xiasha is construction. The coal fuel and transportation are also the important sources. The strategies and measures of the dust pollution prevention are: the appropriate measures of controlling the dust pollution are developped for the actual of different types site and features of the construction phase. The measures need to implement strictly in the construction process also. Speed up the adjustment of ndustrial structure and energy structure, strengthen the emissions pollution rectification of the key industries, and promote the transformation of eco-industrial parks. Strengthen the supervision of transport vehicles, out of polluting vehicles, and strengthen road cleaning and watering. Planting and protecting water resourcesion, Strengthen the sanitation management and fume purification of the food service industry. Strengthen sectoral coordination and supervision, deepen the comprehensive monitoring and scientific research, and innovation public participation methods, Etc. |
