A Study On Incentive Mechanism Of Cleaner Production In Jilin Province

With the level of industrialization and increasing urbanization, environmental pollution and environmental protection is paid to attention increasingly , the whole country to carry out the clean production, but the effect is not obvious. This is mainly attributed to the incentive mechanism that it is not comprehensive enough. Jilin Province, so we linked to clean production and incentives, exploring incentives for clean production and living patterns.This study of Regional Economics,industrial structure, resources and environment, ecology, sustainable development, agency, Ma Sinuo level theory as a theoretical basis for cleaner production in Jilin Province , with the state and the environment of Jilin Province protection departments and the public letter to department site data and market information for in-depth study of cleaner production in Jilin Province, there are five parts:Part I: This part of thesis analysis foreign and domestic background of the cleaner production, make the framework of this artical, hope to have some function of the work of promoting cleaner production in Jilin Province and guidance.Part II: the main concepts those are incentive mechanism and cleaner production will be described.some major theories of industrial structure, sustainable development in the cleaner production development of Incentive Mechanism will be laid out .Part III: analysis Cleaner Production in Jilin Province and incentive mechanisms by collection, respectively, from the national development of cleaner production to the development of cleaner production in Jilin Province and identify the problems of cleaner production and experience,And then, it makes some analysis on Incentive Mechanism. Finally, it analyzes the appropriate conditions for Incentive Mechanism according to Incentive Mechanism conditions in Jilin Province.Part IV: there are two issue about clean production that is action of the government and business. On assumptions, four incentive mechanism modes of cleaner production should be designed. By the use of a large number of mathematical models and game theory to we design incentive mechanism. They are the mode of production Incentive Mechanism, market Incentive Mechanism model, the interests of Incentive Mechanism and policy Incentive Mechanism model mode.Part V: Incentive Mechanism for cleaner production under the Security System.This study have some reference to the exploration period in the field of cleaner production .In cleaner production and enterprise, an effective incentive mechanism between individuals is facing many challenges and problems, and only through incentives it can really enhance awareness of cleaner production and initiative, consciously it is necessary to take action to make our province's business sector for sustainable development., make sure our environment better.
