In recent years,China's large-scale use of mechanical farming and harvesting,large-scale application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides and other industrial input factors in the grain production process has led to the "Twelve consecutive increases" in grain output,and the mode of grain production has also changed from traditional mode of production to modern mode of production.At the same time,it has also produced increasingly serious negative effects,such as environmental pollution,ecological sustainability and other issues.More and more people begin to pay attention to the problem of increasing carbon emissions from agricultural production.Agricultural carbon emissions are second only to industrial carbon emissions,which is the second largest source of global greenhouse gas emissions and has seriously affected the sustainable development of agriculture.Carbon emissions from grain production are one of the main sources of carbon emissions in agricultural production.Therefore,reducing carbon emissions from grain production is one of the main sources of carbon emissions in agricultural production.At present,the more urgent problem to be solved is also the key problem for the government to control environmental pollution.The environmental problems brought about by grain production have attracted more and more attention.Measuring the environmental efficiency value from the perspective of carbon emissions can directly reflect the impact of grain production on the environment,which makes people clearly aware of the environmental costs of grain production,A series of measures are put forward to improve the environmental efficiency of grain production and reduce the pollution and consumption of grain production on the environment to promote sustainable development of movable grain production.Based on the data of Jilin Province from 2007 to 2016,and from the perspective of carbon emissions,this study used DEA window model to calculate the environmental efficiency of grain production in Jilin Province,and analyzed the environmental efficiency of grain production in Jilin Province,the environmental inefficiency of grain production and its influencing factors.The results show that:(1)There are obvious spatial and temporal differences in the environmental efficiency of grain production in Jilin Province,and the spatial differences show a decreasing trend in the eastern,central and Western regions.Moreover,with the change of time,the environmental efficiency of some regions also shows a decreasing phenomenon;(2)The environmental efficiency of grain production in different regions with different economic development degree also differs.Specifically,the environmental efficiency of grain production in regions with faster economic development is generally lower than that in areas with relatively slow economic development;(3)The average environmental inefficiency of grain production in Jilin Province.Among them,chemical fertilizer input factors and pesticide input factors have become the main sources of carbon emissions,and are the main input factors leading to the reduction of environmental efficiency of grain production in Jilin Province.At the same time,the ploughing inefficiency is the most obvious in Jilin,the mechanical inefficiency is the most obvious in Changchun,the chemical fertilizer inefficiency is the most obvious in Baicheng,and the pesticide inefficiency is the most obvious in Songyuan;(4)Labor force,agricultural film,straw burning and traditional concepts will also affect the environmental efficiency of grain production in Jilin Province.Based on this,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Optimizing the input factors of grain production in Jilin Province;(2)Popularizing and applying advanced grain production technology in Jilin Province;(3)Strengthening the propaganda of environmental protection of grain production in Jilin Province;(4)Improving the environmental efficiency guarantee policy of grain production in Jilin Province.
