In organic fertilizer production, turning is an important phase. Its purpose is to enable the materials mixed. By the thrown over, it course of the materials make the most contact with the air and get the best fermentation. The traditional manner is tuning by manual work or excavator. There are many problem about a poor working environment, labor-intensive operation, bad crush, not homogeneous, low efficiency in production, higher production cost and unfavorable fermentation. In occident, the cost of organic fertilizer production facilities is high. The prices of imported equipment are too expensive to domestic enterprises. How to address the problems of mechanized turning and increase the level of mechanization of the organic fertilizer production are urgent needs in China.First of all, design the structure of control system of slack turning machine. According to the actual situation, to choose the type of motor, transducer, sensor and appurtenances of the running and turning organizations. Through the analysis of work process and control demand, the control scheme has been advanced. To fix on the number of input-output address, choose the type of the PLC and the extended module. In the next place, base on the expert experience, the influence of the PI parameter on the control system is analyzed, and the relative fuzzy rules are built. To be ensured the basic domains, the fuzzy domains, the quantization factors and the linguistic variables. And then the PI control model has been created. Finally, according to the principle and the implementation of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) on asynchronous machine, the simulation model of asynchronous machine voltage vector control system based on simulink platform has been found, and the simulink result is ideal.The construction of the control system of slack turning machine with the PLC as lower machine, satisfies the demand of organic fertilizer production. Scraper conveyer motor uses the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) speed regulating system. This system is not only to get well effect, but to improve utilization of direct voltage in the event that device unchangeableness.
