This paper aims to use the new means to optimize the synthesis method, prepare a new generation of wet strong agent resin products which corresponding with the international standards, reduce the foreign imports dependence of domestic household paper, maintain the product quality in greatest degree, optimize the performance of household paper and finally improve the economic benefits.The advantage of DMDAAC and AM copolymer are that there isn't toxophore like aldehydes, low cost, relatively low molecular weight and the control of chlorine ion, etc. These advantages make acrylamide copolymer has wide market potential and application prospect. The last century in China from the late began research development and utilization of acrylamide kind of resin and of papermaking industry. However, because of the existence of the defects in technology, it had been in industrialized production, but there are still lots of problems in product quality and scale to solve, and it couldn't compare with the foreign products. This paper mainly introduces the acrylamide's when some characteristics of the resin polymerization, which mainly used in paper wet-strength agents field, etc.Describes the, with allyl chloride as raw materials, the synthesis was two two allyl of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride monomer, and and acrylamide copolymerization get acrylamide copolymer its polymerization process and product performance test, the main influence factors on copolymer molecular weight:monomer ratio, initiator and dosage, temperature, monomer concentration on the make. And in the light of the product molecular weight, chloride ion characterized strength, etc.
