Parameterized design is one of the important design methods that canquickly respond to customer needs, shorten the design cycle and improve thedesign efficiency. Now it has been widely used in various fields, such asIndustrial machinery medical equipment civilian machinery military machinery.In this Issue,for the needs of enterprises, parametric design system useVisual Basic and SolidWorks as a development tool, and proposed to establish aCNC internal grinder parametric design system that based on SolidWorkssoftware. And it got the following conclusions:1. The system divided the structure of the CNC internal grinder by thefunctions of the grinder, and it formed the modular structure of the machineparts and components group. The Application of physical modeling techniqueswas researched, and the basic templates for a series of machine tool modulestructure were built.2. Based on the basic template, it researched the parameter designtechniques of the associated components. According to the determine of theconstraint relations of the parts by association of the modular structurereasonably, it optimized the original design of the enterprise, and made themodular structure of the new product designed quickly.3. To achieve the three-dimensional parametric design system of the CNCinternal grinder with SolidWorks seamlessly. The Interactive interface was designedand the basic template library was build based on SolidWorks software platform.4. By debugging the test design system, optimizing the parametric designof structure to achieve the goal of running the software.
