In this thesis, the history and development of domestic and international organic silicon industry were reviewed, and pointed out the importance of China's great efforts to develop organic silicon industry, particularly the significance of dimethyl hydrogen chlorosilane. The performance and application field of dimethyl-chlorosilane were introduced briefly. Its domestic development status was presented as well. And the value of its application was highlighted. We have done some research on the synthesis process of dimethyl hydrogen chlorosilane. The raw materials and product were detected by related characterization methods. Nowadays, there are many methods to synthesize organic silicon. In China, the most commonly used synthesis method is "direct synthesis", which is relatively backward in important silicone synthesis conditions, showing the low cost performance. This article focuses on the "exchange synthesis" as well as the "step-by-step synthesis", which are used to optimize the synthesis process of silicone. The ultimate goal is to improve the yield and reduce costs. In this paper, the "exchange synthesis" is a method aiming to determine the optimum reaction time by experiments, which is under high temperature and pressure condition, the best ratio of raw materials was used as well. Then, the products were tested by related characterization method. The main test method is GC-MS, which can determine the accuracy to generate the target product. At the same time we also did some experiments, for example, the "exchange synthesis" on raw material itself,"Step-by-step" method for the synthesis of dimethyl chlorosilane and so on. The purpose is to determine the activity of it and estimate the possibility of exchange."Step-by-step" method aimed to explore the new process for the synthesis of the target product.
