The Research On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model And Evaluation Of Safety Occupational Aptitude

Safety management is a system related to the people, machines and environment. In this system, incidents are always caused by objects' unsafe condition or people's unsafe behavior which are more important reason. So it is very much important for us to study people's safety ability and safety occupational aptitude.Combined with the characteristics of electricity industry, the safety occupational aptitude's target system of operator in electricity industry and its evaluation process are studied by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Based on comparing to the targets, the model of safety occupational aptitude's targets is established by AHP method. The index weights are corrected after giving weight by experts. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of safety occupational aptitude is established and its evaluation process is also designed. At last, it suggests how to use it.There are seven chapters in my paper. The first chapter is an introduction, including the background, purpose and meaning. The second chapter introduces the research and related theory. The third chapter introduces the content, technical routes, methods and relevant concept of this paper.It is important part from chapter four, in this part, the targets are compared and its framework is also studied, the safety occupational aptitude's fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of electricity distribution network operators is established and their index weights are determined. In chapter five, fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate safety occupational aptitude. It divide the system into a number of indicators, establish factor set, reviews set, index weights set and single factor set. It also designs its evaluation process. In chapter six, it introduces the evaluation process and suggests the method of texting every target. In the last part, it summarizes the corresponding results.In the paper, it constructs the safety occupational aptitude's targets of distribution network operator in electric enterprises and its fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, these models provide the scientific method to evaluate people's safety occupational aptitude, which may improve staff's security and prevent incidents.
