Study On Safety Occupational Adaptability Of Typical Special Operators In Chongqing Construction Industry

As participants in the construction activities,the unsafe behavior of special operators is the direct factor leading to safety hazards and even accidents.The study on safety occupational adaptability of special operators in construction industry is a brand-new research.In order to provide references for the selection and work arrangement of special operators,it is of high theoretical significance and practical value to study the influencing factors of safety occupation ability and psychological load of them during operation by analyzing their safety qualities characteristics.The purpose of the research is to master the important factors that affect the safety occupational adaptation level of special operators through empirical investigation,including the aptitude and psychological adaptation,which indicates the train of thought for the training and selection and the improvement of safety occupational adaptability of special operators.The research mainly used the ergonomics,safety psychology and other related knowledge,and investigated the safety occupational adaptability of special operators with the methods of observation,literature,questionnaire,expert investigation,personnel interview and comparative analysis.In the analysis stage of the survey data,SPSS software was used to conduct a series of analyzes such as frequency,variance,multiple comparison,difference test,factor analysis,correlation analysis and linear regression for each survey result,and concluded the main influencing factors of the safety occupational aptitude and psychological load for special operators in construction industry.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The connotation and substance of safety occupational adaptability and related theories were clarified by consulting related literature,and it verified that safety occupational adaptability of special operators in the construction industry still includes safety,verify the safety occupational adaptability of special operations personnel in the construction industry still includes safety occupational aptitude and safety occupational psychological adaptability,and compared with psychological resource model and safety occupational adaptability model,to build a model of safety occupational adaptability applicable to special operators in the construction industry.(2)Through interviews with the special operators of some projects under construction in Chongqing and consultation with experts in related fields,the capability indicators for the priority allocation of the special operators in the construction industry during operation are obtained,and clearly these ability factors play a major role in the process of control and dominate for "tendency".(3)The method of questionnaires is combined with interviews,we investigated the special operators of some projects under construction in Chongqing,and identified the factors that may affect the.psychological load of them,and analyzed the overall psychological adaptation level of the special operators.(4)Through.on-site investigations for special operators in some projects under construction in Chongqing,we verified the significant differences and main causes for safety occupational aptitude and safety occupational psychological adaptability of special operators in the construction industry,which involved six aspects of the gender,age,education,working years,occupation and marital status that based on statistical data.The research results of this paper of safety occupational adaptability of typical special operators in construction industry can be extended to all construction practitioners and even other industries.Thinking from the level of the strict safety control and standardize the safety system,it helps to realize the standardization for safety standards of construction site;considering the aspect of strengthening further integration of safety and occupational adaptability,it is helpful for enterprises to select qualified special operators to improve work efficiency and safety.
