Siwear air conditioning fiber is belong to functionalized varieties of viscose fiber. Although Siwear air conditioning fiber and Outlast air conditioning fiber are similar to viscose fiber, but because the difference of physical form and the molecular structure, make dyeing performance of Siwear air conditioning fiber has its own characteristics. In the actual production, there are still many problems in dyeing of Siwear air conditioning fiber need to be solved. Obviously, a systematic study on the dyeing properties of Siwear air conditioning fiber is a effective means to solve these problems.In this article, the dyeing mechanism of Siwear air conditioning fiber was studied with tactive yellow B-4RFN, active blue B-2GLN and active scarlet B-2BF. The dye up-taking rate curve and the adsorption isotherm were draw. The dyeing performance of Siwear air conditioning fiber was discussed through the determination of dyeing thermodynamic parameters (dyeing affinity, dyeing heat, dyeing entropy) and dyeing kinetics data (diffusion coefficient D, half dyeing time T1/2, dyeing rate constant K) of Siwear air conditioning fiber. And through comparied with Outlast air conditioning fiber and viscose fiber, reasonable evaluation was given for Siwear air conditioning fiber, and provide theoretical basis for the dyeing of Siwear air conditioning fiber and textile. In addition, the process of three kinds of reactive dyes for Siwear air conditioning fiber was studied, and work out the best technology, hope it will play a guiding role to the dying of Siwear air conditioning fiber in production practice. The results of the study shows that:Three teams of dyes dyeing three kinds of fiber in different temperature are all accord with Freundlich adsorption isotherm. In general, for three kinds of the active dyes dying viscose fiber, Outlast air conditioning fiber and Siwear air conditioning fiber, the dye-uptake of three kinds of dyes in Siwear air conditioning fiber is higher than other two kinds of fibers. That is, Siwear air conditioning fiber has better dyeing performance than viscose fiber and Outlast air conditioning fiber. Single factor experiment was conducted on the basis of rthogonal experiment, the best technological conditions was indicated through comparing the results of the single factor experiment, and finally the best process was work out. Active yellow B-4RFN:temperature 60℃, anhydrous sodium carbonate 22 g/L, anhydrous sodium sulfate 60 g/1; Active scarlet B-2BF:temperature of 65℃, anhydrous sodium carbonate 18 g/L, anhydrous sodium sulfate 65 g/L; Active blue B-2GLN:temperature of 65℃, anhydrous sodium carbonate 17 g/L, anhydrous sodium sulfate 65 g/L.
