As the living standard of people enhancing, the functional requirements of textiles is also more and more high.Outlast air-conditioning fiber as a new type of intelligent temperature control fiber,containing phase change microcapsules,can automatic absorption,storage and distribution of heat and change the warm human way of traditional passive defense to active variable temperature mode.More and more people are in favor of it,so it has broad application prospects.Viscose based Outlast air-conditioning fiber was studied as the object of my article.By means of differential scanning calorimetry,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum analysis,studied the temperature regulating performance,surface and crosssection morphology,crystal structure and the macromolecular structure of Outlast airconditioning fiber.Results showed that the thermal analysis indicated Outlast air-conditioning fiber had obvious endothermic peak and exothermic peak,having the ability to adjust temperature;The cross section of Outlast air-conditioning fiber was serrated,and the surface had grooves.Since the embedding of phase change materials,microporous structure can be observed in cross section and surface, which did not change crystalline structure and macromolecular structure of Outlast air-conditioning fiber as original viscose fiber. It still had the basic physical and chemical properties of the viscose fiber.High temperature and alkali treatment could damage the functionality of Outlast air-conditioning fiber.The adsorption performance of the reactive orange BES to Outlast air-conditioning fiber was discussed.Results showed that the adsorption kinetics of Reactive Orange BES in outlast air-conditioning fiber dyeing process could be described by Pseudo second-order kinetic model.The equilibrium adsorption capacity with increasing temperature decreased,but the dyeing rate increased and half dyeing time was shortened with temperature rising.Increasing the dosage of sodium sulfate can improve the dyeing rate and equilibrium uptake,meanwhile,shorten the half dyeing time.Low temperature type of reactive dyes including reactive orange X-GN and medium temperature type of reactive dye including reactive red FN-R,reactive orange BES,reactive golden R-4RFN and reactive navy S-G were choosed to study the dyeing performance of Outlast air-conditioning fiber.Using exhaustion,fixation,fixation efficiency and K/S value as the indexes,optimized the dyeing process of reactive dyes for Outlast air-conditioning fiber,and obtained the best craft condition.For reactive orange X-GN,the suitable dosage of sodium sulfate was in 20-30 g/L, the appropriate dosage of sodium carbonate was in 2-4 g/L;When the medium temperature type of reactive dyes dyeing,the suitable dosage of sodium sulfate was in 15-30 g/L,and appropriate dosage of sodium carbonate was in 2-4 g/L.All Five dyes had a certain improvement in Outlast air-conditioning fiber,including the performance of reactive red FN-R and golden R-4RFN was relatively good.Choosing one bath and one step dyeing process and bifunctional reactive dyes to test the union dyeing property of Outlast air-conditioning fiber and spun silk,prefer union dyeing property were selected,including red FN-R,blue FN-R,scarlet CA,orange CA,olive CA,red BES,golden BES,orange RGB and golden R-4RFN.Further with same color value,chromatism and color fastness for indicators,discussed the impact of temperature,dosage of sodium sulfate,sodium carbonate and dyes on union dyeing property when reactive red FN- R,golden BES, blue FN-R dyeing Outlast air-conditioning fiber and spun silk.Results showed that the suitable dyeing process for dyeing temperature was 60 ℃,the dosage of sodium sulfate was 15-30 g/L and the dosage of sodium carbonate was 2-4 g/L.All three dyes in Outlast airconditioning fiber hasd a certain promotion,and the soaping fastness of dyed fabric was above grade 4.
