Aloe fiber is a new type of regenerated cellulose fiber. It contains amino acids and polysaccharide which are beneficial to human body. It is suitable for making underwear, bedding products and so on. Textile both has comfort of viscose fiber and health care function to skin of amino acids and polysaccharide. Because of meeting the modem consumption habits, it has a broad prospect. Systematic researching on aloe fiber performance and developing a series of products have vital significance.In this paper, the structure and performance of the seven kinds fiber is analysed. The fiber is aloe, cotton, modal, tencel, pearl, viscose and wool. According to the researching result, finds an identification method to the seven kinds of fiber and a qualitative analysis method to mixtures of aloe and some other fibers. The aloe fiber performance of moisture absorption and release is studied. Using the origin software to analysis the test data, gets the fiber moisture absorption and release regression equations and regression equation curve, and the fiber moisture absorption and release rate regression equations and regression equation fitting curve.Through systematic studing on aloe fiber spinnable properties, selects the reasonable spinning technology, designs and develops the aloe fiber 18 tex (32 count) series yarns. After the researching of the yam performance, uses the origin software to analysis the test data, gets the breaking tenacity and elongation at break regression equation and regression equation fitting curve, meantime gets aloe fiber/combed cotton critical blending ratio. Fixed one of the fiber content of three components blended yarn, breaking tenacity and elongation at break regression equation and regression equation fitting curve are found. The results can be used to direct practical production process. According to the research and analysis of the yam performance, gets the yarn best blending ratio:75/25 for aloe/combed cotton,34/33/33 for aloe/combed cotton/modal,17/33/50 for aloe/combed cotton/tencel,34/33/33 for aloe/combed cotton/pearl. The aloe/combed cotton 50/50 blended yarn quality is poor. For three components blended yarn, when the blending ratio is 50/33/17, the yarn quality is poor. In designing products should avoid this blending ratio.Through the research and analysis on the fabric comfort, gets the conclusion that high aloe contents fabric is suitable for summer fabric, aloe/cotton/pearl fabric is more suitable for summer fabric than aloe/cotton/modal fabric, silo-spun fabric is more suitable for summer fabric than ring spun fabric.
