| The degree of yarn unevenness is not only directly related to the yarn quality, but also indirectly affects the quality of manufactured goods. The yarn unevenness, especially for the long fragment, mainly is caused by the spinning process. Therefore, how to minimize the yarn unevenness has been an urgent research problem of textile industry.It is hardly to establish the precise and practically mathemalical model of autoleveller, because of the complicated of the traction mechanism, the changeful of work circumstance and the changeful system parameters of high-speed drawing frame. So it is more difficult to design autoleveller control system. Even if import autoleveller used in short segment still adopts open-loop control. From view of control theory, the autoleveller is an invariable value control system with the trait of strong noise and great time-delay. The most important reason of bad control effect of close-loop is lack of effective control algorithm.Based on the in-depth study of autoleveller system of high speed draw flame, this paper innovative bring forward new control algorithm of autoleveller system. It is different from open-loop control, close-loop control and mix-loop control introduced in anciently paper. The scheme of this paper is setting up united CARMA model including all measurability. And introduce the new algorithm Self-Tuning Controller and fuzzy-PID controller into the system and establish its close-loop control system. Then do some simulation used with MATLAB, and Test the effectiveness of the scheme algorithms combined DF-746 type of drawing frame. |
