Fiber material processing in spinning industry is an important branch of material processing. Drawing frame with autoleveller can improve the uniformity of the sliver, in the other hand; it can mix the fiber and improve the internal structure fully. Then the sliver can be used in the next steps.In the spinning engineering, the unevenness of the sliver is a random process; it includes all kinds of unevenness and has a complex wave. If the unevenness can not be effectively controlled, it will affect the next steps of the processing. The unevenness will also increase and affect the product finally. For these reasons, autoleveller of the drawing frame must be used.Aiming at the above problems, we researched and designed a control system based on fixed-length control technique to be used in drawing frame. This dissertation introduces the basic theory of autoleveller in the control system in the first, and then according to the actual system, the dynamic model of three rollers used in the drawing frame and the whole drawing process is set up. The model is used for simulation in MATLAB; it can prove that the model is effective. The theory of fixed-control technique and its application are detailed introduced in the next chapter. In the end, fuzzy control technology and its application in the drawing frame are researched. Based on the fuzzy control technology, a mixed-loop control system for drawing frame is designed.
