The third step is taking new pre-treatment or dyeing process experiments which are based on the second step, including the vacuum yarn steaming, the fabric of various heat treatment, ultrasonic pre-treatment, tombar thite treatment, new cleaning methods to restore experiments, four kinds of them are orthogonal; The fourth step is taking the traditional and new pre-treatment or dyeing process for dyeing experiment under the same standard to determine their order.The results show that:direct causes of the barre can be divided into two kinds. First is due to the oil (?).ad looms, this kind of barre can be washed by a suitable degreaser and other cleaning additives; Second is due to uneven wear knitting needles, in tension, thermal effects, etc. this longitudinal degree of crystallinity, degree of orientation or the degree of oxidation maybe change, if it lacks of effective follow-up process to restore, this road which absorb the amount of dye is not the same to the others, the result is barre. For the second barre pHenomenon, among the traditional and new pre-treatment and dyeing methods:the ultrasonic treatment, vacuum steam heat treatment, non-vacuum steam heat treatment effect is better, especially vacuum heat treatment shows the best deal, can make seamless underwear barre are effectively covered. The effect of Optimized traditional dyeing and finishing processes are similar to restore clean treatment. The effect of tombar thite treatment is common.
