With the increasing proportion of knitted fabrics in the textile industry,the production scale of knitted fabrics has gradually increased,and the dyeing and finishing process is an essential part of fabric production.The dyeing process,as the most core process in dyeing and finishing workshop,has the characteristics of many varieties of small batch,multi-parallel machining and high cost of equipment cleaning,which makes the dyeing scheduling problem become the bottleneck of production management in dyeing and finishing workshop.Unreasonable scheduling scheme will lead to serious order delay,equipment cleaning resource consumption and dyeing quality instability and other problems,and at present,most enterprises use manual scheduling,there are low scheduling efficiency,time control is not accurate and so on,so reasonable scheduling for dyeing problems is of great significance to improve the production efficiency of enterprises and ensure product quality.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the production flow of knitting dyeing and finishing workshop and the characteristics of dyeing production,constructs the dyeing plan dispatching information model of dyeing and finishing workshop according to the actual production plan scheduling process and information flow of dyeing and finishing workshop,and serves as the basis for the establishment of dyeing scheduling model.(2)Then,this paper describes and abstracts the scheduling problem in dyeing and finishing workshop,considering the constraints of multi-type equipment,equipment capacity,order batch and equipment cleaning time,and constructs the optimization mathematical model of dyeing production scheduling with the goal of minimizing dragperiod cost and switching cost.Aiming at the task assignment sub-problem,this paper puts forward the heuristic rules considering the utilization rate of equipment and the delay period of order,designs a hybrid variable neighborhood genetic algorithm to optimize sorting for the scheduling sub-problem of order sorting,simulates the algorithm with concrete cases,and compares and analyzes the scheduling results.(3)Aiming at the common order disturbance problem in the actual production process of the workshop,this paper analyzes the two dynamic situations of ordinary order addition and emergency interpolation,fully considering the constraints of switching time,and constructs the mathematical model of dynamic scheduling optimization under the condition of order disturbance.Based on the hybrid scheduling mechanism of periodic drive and event drive,combined with hybrid genetic algorithm and interpolation algorithm,the simulation experiment of order case is completed with the goal of switching and dragging cost optimization.(4)Based on the dyeing production line of dyeing and finishing workshop in a knitting enterprise in Fujian province,the actual demand of dispatching system is analyzed,and the overall design of dyeing dispatching prototype system is realized.The system database is designed in detail,and the prototype system of dyeing production scheduling is developed by C # and SQL Server technology,and the order information,product information,equipment information,production scheduling and other modules involved in the software are designed and implemented.
