To research and develop an environment friendly fuse used in fireworks and crackers, the topic researched the spinning process of different standard Nitrocellulose (NC) solution by dry-wet spinning and application performance of NC fuse.The relationship between the spinning solution viscosity and solids concentration, temperature has been studied and the quantitative relationship during them has been fitted out.With different specification spinneret,the orthogonal design spinning test of NC solution was carried out and the rational spinning process parameters was obtained in this paper.Inorganic solid fillers was used to modificate NC fuse and the environmentally-friendly fuse of integrated performance superior has been got. And these conclusions as following are got in this research.(1) The viscosity of NC spinning solution increases rapidly with increasing concentration,and the higher concentration of solid content,the faster of viscosity increase rate.The stock solution viscosity decreases with increasing temperature,and the viscosity declines more quickly in low temperature region than in high temperature region.By correlation coefficient and F test metohs,the equation raliabity of class D NC/acetone,class C NC/acetone and class D NC/acetone/ethanol system spinning solution viscosity between concentration and temperature has been verified.(2) Through class D NC solution orthogonal design spinning experiments to different spinneret specification, the rational spinning process parameters of them have been obtained and the rational spinning process peremeters of class C NC solution was got by learning spinning results of class D NC solution.Through characterization,gaining that the burning rate property between NC fuse and paper fuse is similar,the tensile strength of NC fuse is significantly better than paper fuse,and the luminousness of combustion smoke up to 100% far higer than paper fuse that is only about 27%.(3) By adding inorganic solid fillers in the spinning solution to modify burning properties of NC fuse, the burning rate of NC fuse was increased greatly, with a certain amount of spark, but the phenomenon of spark spreading around is not very significant,and the tensile strength and toughness decreasd significantly.(4) The burning rate of modified NC fuse that is coated by Mg/KC104 system is improved 11.63%, with more of spark and spark spreading around.The tensile strength of modified NC fuse is 6.38 times of paper fuse, the feature of cross-section tends to roundness and the luminousness enhances 24% than paper fuse.With Fe/KC104 system coating, the burning rate of modified NC fuse is improved 30.08%, the phenomenon of lots of spark spreading is very remarkable, the tensile strength is 6.57 times of paper fuse, toughness is superior, cross-section tends to round and luminousness enhances 53% than paper fuse.
