Punch transformation is mainly used in conjunction with the punch, which controls the table to move according to the requirements of process of punching, and improving the automation degree of punching. If the degree of automatic feeding system is higher, the efficiency of punch is higher.In this paper, TMS320F28335, TI's 32-bit digital signal processor, which is widely, used in indusrial control, which has many advantages such as high process-speed and precision, strong control capability and rich on-chip resources. The system enables the machine to feed punching automatically, which has a high accuracy of positon, simple stucure of hardware and software, good human-machine interface, and the system is easy to operate.In the paper, the overall structure of system is first determined by requirements of control system design and production.The design mainly inculdes three aspects which are hardware design, software design and control algorithm design. In the terms of hardware, we, base on TMS320F28335, expand DA converter, SCI interface, E2PROM, CAN interface, measure speed positon acquisition and so on. In the terms of software, which uses DSP/BIOS operating system and gives procedures of each module design, including human-computer interaction program, DA output program, CAN communication program, measure speed program, control program and I2C program. Finanlly, data acquisition in actual system and system indentification based on genetic algorithm RBF neural network, motor control use RBF neural network single neuron PID contol algorithm in matlab simulation, which compared to traditional PID algorithm. The experiment rslusts prove the reliability of the algorithm.In the end, the paper gives an entire summary and prospect of the automatic feeding system, some points that need to be modified are pointed out too.
