With the development of science and technology, Touch screen has been widely used insmart phones, panel personal computer,3D TV and other electronic products. One glasssolution(OGS)touch screen, which can improve display effect and meet the demand ofultra-thin for electronic products terminal maximumly, it is the inevitable choice for the futurehigh-end brand terminal of touch screen. As an important part of OGS touch screen, OGSprinting ink does not only require high covering power, high adhesion, high hardness, goodchemical resistance, but also must have excellent high temperature resistance and colourretention. To our best knowledge, domestic and international manufacturer of OGS printingink is few now, what is more, the thermal stability and high-temperature color retentionremain to be further improved. So the preparation of OGS printing ink has important practicalbackground and research significance.First, the properties of polyurethane(PU), epoxy resin(EP), pure silicon resin(MS,MPhS),polyurethane modified silicone resin(PUS), epoxy modified silicon resin(EPS) and polyestermodified silicon resin(PS), including heat resistance, color retention, adhesion, hardness,water resistance and chemical resistance were studied in this paper. The results show that PSresin has best overall performance. The effect of type of PS resins on heat resistance showsthat PS4resin containing62%organic silicon pre-polymer is the best one. After heattreatment at300℃for100minutes, its chromatic aberration△E is at0.16and yellowingvalue△b is at0.01. However, the properties of hardness, alkali resistance and acetonescrubbing resistance need to be improved by adding curing agent CYMEL303accounting for5%of PS4resin.The research result of components of high temperature resistant ink by single factorexperiment and multi-factor experiment show that the ink has excellent heat resistance, goodmechanical properties and good chemical resistance when the ink formula as below:60wt%PS4resin,36wt%A3titanium dioxide,1.8wt%BaSO4,1.35wt%nano-silica,2.25wt%glass powder,0.6wt%A187,3wt%curing agent CYMEL303,0.1wt%D3defoaming agent,0.22wt%C4leveling agent, and a moderate amount of thinner.After applied the high temperature resistant ink on OGS touch screen, the filmperformance test results show that the coating has no yellowing and crack after heat treatmentat300℃for1.5h,△E=0.56,△b=0.49. Adhesion level is0, the adhesion between the layers islevel1, pencil hardness is5H, water resistance for24h no change, resistance to ITO etchingsolution for24h without change, alkali resistant for2h no change, resistance to boiling water for2h no change, adhesion grade1, resistance to acetone wipe50times without a loss.
